The $166 Billion Refund Opportunity
On February 20, 2026, the Supreme Court held 6-3 that IEEPA does not authorize tariffs. CBP reported $166 billion in duties across 53,173,939 entries from 330,566 importers. The CIT ordered refunds for all IEEPA Executive Orders including Brazil and India.

What about interest on my refund?
Refunds include interest from deposit date to liquidation date (19 CFR 24.36). This estimator shows principal only. Interest could add 5-10%.
What if I import from multiple countries?
Run the estimator separately for each origin country. Your total refund is the sum across all affected entries.
Does this cover Section 232 or Section 301 tariffs?
No. Only IEEPA-based duties are covered. Section 232 and Section 301 tariffs remain in effect.
When will I actually get my money?
