The Ranch

This is a working ranch with longhorns and a horse. Please read this section carefully.

Feeding the Animals

Allowed only if requested in advance
We will leave feed out for you
Feed over the fence only

Rules

Do not enter any cattle gates
Do not walk into pastures
Electric fence is marked — you won't encounter it unless you cross into restricted areas

Liability

Animals are generally calm, but they are large livestock
Any interaction is at your own risk
Entering fenced areas = assumption of all risk and liability

Pool + Hot Tub

Only available if the family is not on site. Must ask permission first.

Hot Tub

No pets, please — our little ones have severe allergies, and even trace pet dander left behind can send them to the ER. We appreciate your understanding.

TV

The living room has both an Apple TV and a Roku. Log in with your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) — everything runs over WiFi.

Please sign out of your accounts before you leave so the next guest doesn't have access.

Trash + Checkout

Leave trash in bins (indoor or outdoor)
Do not leave food out
No need to strip beds or do laundry

Best sunset: walk out the Casita door, go right. Golden hour is strong — worth timing.

Full ranch (6BR) available for larger stays or events
Private stage, bar, and event venue attached to the Casita — available for rent

* The stage, bar, and venue are not included with your Casita booking. If these spaces are used without a separate rental agreement, a $1,500 day-use fee will be assessed and charged to the card on file.

Security Cameras

The property is equipped with a CCTV surveillance system with cloud-based recording and backup.

During your stay, only the following cameras are active:

Perimeter fencing cameras
Property entrance and gate cameras
Stage, bar, and venue interior cameras (unless you have rented these spaces)

All other exterior cameras on the interior of the property are turned off for the duration of your stay. There are no cameras inside the Casita or any guest living spaces.

Perimeter and entrance cameras remain active at all times for the safety and security of all guests and property. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the presence of the surveillance system as described above.
